I need help identifying a 3 point finish mower I bought last weekend,  the belt I received wasn't installed he simply handed it to me, after I got it home the belt is about 4 feet too long and the spring for the tensioner pulley appears to not be stock either.  The brand says Valu-Bilt and has a model number of 24836-280, I called them today and was told they didn't make it only sold it and don't know who did, the only thing they said try Bimco or Howse, well Howse said no right away and I can't find any info on Bimco at all online or calling implement dealers.  I suppose I should take a picture and post it also, its a 5 footer pretty heavily built.  Thanks for any info.  Les
