    The ones on AC 45 graders were made by an earlier version of this crew and were still available last time I looked.  I downloaded a .pdf then. No idea whether it will help you  |

   The ones on my 545B were a 60"s Ford F350  There are some places that rebore/rebuid them.Neighbor had one done on a Chevy 70 series(clutch master). It was inexpensive.I was surprised.
