Was wondering if there is any difference in head flow from the factory in a 3500 engine (220) compared to a 3750 mark 11(7080).

As far as I know, there was never any change to the intake or exhaust runners. The "deck" (bottom) of the head is .100" thicker on later castings, which began with the 3750 engine and was then trinkled down to all other 3000 series engines. The very last 8000 series cylinder head fits right on an old D21 with no issues.
