Recently got my dads hd16a running from sitting 20 years. Went thru coolant system, replaced pipes, hoses, cleaned out complete coolant system i even had radiator core made. I replaced all filters and engine oil. The dozer starts up and idles like a champ. I am looking for thermostats for it and cant find any (part #74378269). Does anyone carry parts for an HD16A?

If you have the thermostat and can find a number on it use that. If you can also find a manufacture that helps more, that's how I found one for my HD6.

the dozer takes 2 thermostats. It only had one installed. The thermostat says it was manufactured  by Vernatherm Valve. It has some numbers on it but cant find anything in the web.

The seller describes it as "Thermostat 4cyl. diesel Allis Chalmers HD-6ED pn#74378269". So it appears like the right part number, but perhaps for the wrong crawler tractor?
