Hi New to this site just bought a HD-11EP serial number 13720 re sealed the roosa Master DB injection pump DBGFC 637 41AF timed it 20° Before TDC ? Engine hard to get started once running sounds pretty good but after 30 minutes of grading in this Tennessee Red Clay it heats up from 190 to 210 and losses power if I let it idle approximate 5 minutes it drops back to around 190 and runs full throttle again radiator is Clea Best I can and looks good fan belts tight I'm wondering if my timing is off any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Should have been a timing pointer and line on the engine front crankshaft damper and timing cover, the pump side window has a timing mark, if was not on point in both conditions at the same time you were not In Time.  If continue to run it off time will burn it down.

Yes there's one in the Bell housing I set it on 20 ° before TDC and mark inside the pump just under the lid with the 2 little screw
