Considering the amount of work needed to make it a usable machine, I'd say they have one too many zeros in the price!

We could use the Garwood setup for a new restoration project. Haven't found those components yet. Looks like the blade got tweeked and turned into some kind of straight blade (to bad). The right track is on backwards, not a big deal. Would definitely be a "DONOR TRACTOR" for us. John,we don't have any place to put it. It really should be stored inside out of the weather, like a big shop(LOL)

When you see a track flipped around backwards; is that a fair indication that the track pins are worn? Meaning, the operator reversed the track instead of turning the pins? Just trying to learn something.

I have seen and done it myself if the track came off and I had to drag it out and knock the pin out get it flipped around backwards . just like many times I have had chainsaws come in with the owner not paying attn. and say the saw wont cut.
