Hello.  First post.  This forum is terrific.  I'm a huge A-C fan (despite owning a M-F, which seems to be a very hated brand around here!).  My grandparents and now uncles use Allis-Chalmers/AGCO equipment on their farm.  My grandpa recently told me he was going to give me one of his retired Chalmers tractors (he has a D12, D14, D15, D17, G, WC, WD45 and 160 in his collection).  The attached picture is his, soon to be my prized possession.

Jesse, That is a great start to the Orange fever that seems to go along with owning an AC tractor. Be verwy verwy careful, it can become habit forming. Charlie

Trust me, I have thanked him over and over.  Having an A-C tractor alone means a lot to me, but to have one of my grandpa's, I can't even explain how much that means to me.

You are very fortunate to have obtained your GRANDFATHER's Tractor.  That is one that will have a very special meaning to you and your family.
Great looking unit too.  By the way it looks like an Industrial D series in the background.  Clean well kept units.
Good Luck!

I'm somebody's grandson too.  Can I have the little orange  one in the background?  I've wanted one like that for years
