Bought a Gleaner F a couple months ago and I tightened up the clutch and it sounded fine but now it's making a weird noise

Welcome to the AC forum. Correct terminology for the part that you are referring is "separator clutch assembly."  Please explain in your best detail "how you tightened up the clutch."  Did you adjust it's arm assembly's yoke / rod?  Or, did you adjust pressure plate's adjusting nut?

hard to tell from that short clip. I suggest you remove all belts from the pulleys and spin them and wiggle them . My F2 is a bit different but it had bad bearings in the large pulley. Could not tell till belts were out of the way. With no tension it was floppy. You can dig in to it or use it. If there's a problem it WILL show up later.

OK. Try adjusting the arm's rod/yoke back to where it was originally and see if it helps? Your star ring is threaded so Service book calls it an adjusting nut & recommends moving it one notch at a time. Here's a copy of Gleaner K service book for the separator clutch parts, their terminology, & service recommendations. I know you have an F. But the K is nearly the same just sized smaller.
Could be a number of things thats making noise??  Try inspecting the release sleeve's 3 connecting links & clevis pins for excessive wear. If one or several of it's connection link's clevis pin holes are badly egg shaped instead of round, then that could produce it's current noise? One or two egged holes could produce an uneven pressure against pressure plate?  The release sleeve's 3 connecting links are held by an encompassing spring(lever spring assembly). When operator engages separator lever in cab, the release sleeve moves inward & that spring helps snap in & hold all 3 connecting links to over-center pressure plate against "plate & facing" disc.
Do you have an Owners manual? Parts Book? If not, I'd recommend you locate them from ebay or facebook. Theres a gleaner f owners manual on facebook's marketplace now (La Crescent MN). You could use agcopartsbook.com to view all parts listing for it?
