Shifting fork-rail 3rd gear on a D15??

   Could some one refresh my memory on how to regrind the detent on 3rd gear shifter rail. I would like to try this option to cure My 3rd gear popper. Sorry to ask, I wish I printed it off the last time it was discussed.    Thanks
