Has anyone seen a 706 Forklift with a 236 Perkins? Norms book shows it was only available with the 203 Perkins diesel.

Eldon, I think that must bee a misprint. I had 715 TLB and now have had a 715B TLB for 25 years. Both have the 236 Perkins. The 706 forklift is based on the 715 powertrain so I'm sure that it will have the 236 engine. I'll check my literature and manuals if you like.
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

I just checked the literature and Mr. Norm is correct. The 700 and 706 forklifts left the factory with a Perkins 203 diesel or Ford 192 gas. Contractor friend has a gas version.
