Does anybody have parts or information on a broken axles on the HD5B? From what I've read, this has been a common problem on the "first design". Can the axle be "updated" with a stronger one, or does somebody have the dimensions to reproduce one?

Two axles used the small spline and large spline.

Axles have been on E-Bay. Also check with Kevin @ Illini who advertises on this website. He has supported me through three rebuilds of an HD3, 615 and I400, plus HD6 parts. There is also the used parts guy in Boise, ID.  Parts are available.
