I bought one last month for $800.  Runs good (223 gas engine) but it was an early one painted red then returned to the factory to be rebuilt and repainted.  I saw one sell at auction for just over $3,000.   Think it went to Mexico.  Was diesel and ran ok.  A guy a few miles away had one for sale in his yard.  It was gone after a week or so.  He claims it brought $8,000 but he has been know to stretch the truth a bit.  I'd say somewhere between $ 3,500 and $5,000.  Kind of depends on how many Ford 6000 collectors there are out there.  I've got mine so now that I have my "token" Ford, I'm happy.
