Are belt pulleys interchangeable on D-17's and D-14's - D-15's?

The belt pulley assembly itself fit all of them.  The rod and knob to engage it may be different from one model to the others.

Own 4 wheel 20, 2-5015, 5020 and associated equipment and 2 electric forklifts.
