8030 sameness

   Picked up an 82' 8030 PD. Have a 83'8070 PS and 85'8070 PD. It has some jumbled up light wiring and I am asking isn't the wiring the same discounting circuit breakers VS fuses on the newest one? Schematics I have are in OP manuals for "8050 & 8070". Someone before me has run new light circuit for all 8 cab lights. They are separated in that 2 inner frts and 6 floods are different wires (TINY...no more that 14ga) but it's all run off the switch (relay not involved) and fed by a 30A add on inline fuse which fails after a while. I'm still digging trying to figure out what exactly they did to/with OEM wires and why. Switch positions work as should but there's no dual beam inner fronts. I have little patience for those who can't,don't or refuse to fix things right.

	I'm going to need some help with this. I don't think that the cabs were built in West Allis, but I don't know if they were shipped in as just a bare frame or were completely assembled and ready to be set on the chassis. Regardless of where they were assembled,I can't think of any changes in the cab from early to late production. Maybe some very minor improvements, but I doubt if the wiring for the lights was changed. Yes, the early tractors used a fuse panel and the later ones had circuit breakers. I don't think the light switch ever changed so it was just a matter of how the power supply was delivered.
