I'm working on an H3 Allis crawler for a guy. The mechanical fuel pump diaphragm is shot. He wants to keep it original so an electric pump isn't an option if we can help it. Does anyone on this site sell one or can anyone point me in the right direction? It's an AC Delco 6644. Thank you.

Try these guys. Page 21 in their catalogue. they have many kits available, also you can by a sheet of methanol resistant material to make your own diaphragms. I have that and have rebuilt several pumps including one of the double units that has a vacuum pump as part of it to run a brake booster and vacuum axle shift for two speed axle. |

I would talk to 'Then and Now' automotive in Weymouth, MA. They're superb and can reference anything. They show a bunch of different fuel pump kits on their website, but they have way more that aren't shown. If you call them they can usually do some digging, find what parts/pump you had, and put together a rebuild kit for you.

AC Field Service mechanic advised that some time ago he was able to source the same fuel pump at a JD dealer - am uncertain what application as he could not recall - that may have been a possibility given that if memory serves wasn't the original fuel pump on the H-3 and AC-Delco? ~ Orangeman
