Recieved a new book in the mail today from 1941, it shows every tractor, crawler, power unit, equipment and option available that year from Allis along with the prices. I have never seen a single front RC but they have it listed for $810, $25 more than dual front. Very interesting book to snoop through.

Would love to know what came on and for the B in 1941. What book is it? Did you buy it or is it a reproduction?

Lonnie, I asked about SFW RC when I saw one on Ebay.  My buddy Kent,  said Allis Chalmers probably started to offer the same WC frontend options to help with sales. made sense to me.
Have a good one BILL P

Morton, the book is an original with a leather cover and spiral bound. In the B's you could get a standard, potato or asparagus. In the standard you could get fixed or adjustable front axle which would come with standard or dish rear wheels to match. Some of the extras were PTO & belt pulley, hyd. pump, L.H. or R.H. hyd. rams, wheel weights, swinging or side hill hitch drawbars and front end weights. In the implement section they have the plows, cultivators and planters available for it.
