What are the correct bolts for mounting these weights onto the front wheels of a WD45?

223565 is the bolt part number for front wheel weights.

Kind of a strange looking affair. Made my own out of flat-stock and all thread. Some guys have ground a flat on a carriage bolt and had that work.

I've always used square head bolds and ground one side down a bit. 
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY
