I seriously thought his name was Vince Cully.
Was he the original voice of, “The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat,” clip?

your close JW... His real name was Vincent and was called Vince... But his last name started with S........... Scully..........most knew him as Vin.

I haven’t checked, is Bob Uecker still doing Milwaukee Brewers games?
It been a few years since I have listened to a Brewers game, and then it sounded like Uecker had ‘lost a few steps’ at that time.
