Cut the meat off a nice ham eariler- was a bunch of fat- dogs luv it, but can it be used for anything? Chicken frying ? How does one render this ? Guess the farm butchers do this ?

After a ham is cooked around here, the 'cubes of crackle' mysteriously vanish... .. into the wife's mouth... she trys to say 'not me..' but her mouth is full of, um, crackle.....
