   Neal passed on March 18 after a continuing fight .
He was on this site for many years when he ran his RV business in Fairmount MN .
Stopped a few times to have a cup of coffee with him back when I was driving tanker .
   He had just built a new home a few years back .

Neal was real active in MN politics as well as in some National within his party and served in many positions within these organizations .
