Are the AC 314d and the similar Simplicity decks the same pieces ??

Not exactly. They were made with Simplicity parts. There was no Simplicity equivalent to the 300/400 Series. The decks for the 6200 series may look similar but the spindles are different between the two and I believe there are other differences.

I do believe the housing for the 42" deck used on a 6010 Broadmoor is the same shell with differences in the mule drive and belt tension system. There may be differences in center spindle pulley diameters.
