Got one friend with a 190 diesel Ser# 190 28233 XTD
Got another friend his is also diesel ser # 190 15604 DXT Which one is right. I think XTD is right but I'm not that familiar with them.

One thing to think of- it was the south of Chicago- and the -give a crap - was prolly in the works,, as long as its close - roll on !

They're BOTH right !!! One is a 1967 model and the other a 1970 model with 13,000 tractors built in-between them. They very well could have (and obviously did) change the way they were stamped. This is no big deal and is not a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

The reason for the question is one of them thinks one of the tractors have been changed from a gas or something. I'm just trying to straighten it out. I knew neither one was rare or anything. Thanks for the info.

My 1967 is DXT. I would chalk it up to whoever was doing the stamping on that day.

Two co workers probably had a disagreement and one of them said I think since it’s a diesel XT the D goes before the XT lol. I kinda like the DXT. Makes more sense to me.
