My wife and I did a road trip this morning and headed north about a hour and 20 minutes.  Yes we ended up at the place of "Sugar maker".  I have to say that Chris, a fine gentleman to meet, as well as his family..  Today was the Maple tour, and open house.  The equipment for the process amazed me, and the shack is full of old stuff, really interesting to see.  Then may I come to the garage!!!  Be a sure, that the pictures that he post, do nothing for the real thing.  It is just a thing of beauty.  The workmanship that Chris is doing is just like nothing you can imagine.  Not a flaw to be seen!  And yes, the heated floor works great.

So not to bore anyone more, I just want to say a very kind, big, THANK-YOU to Chris and his family for the time we spent, very nice folks there!!

P.S.  think he will post a picture or 2 of today when he gets time, just 2 old geezers by a garage door. LOL

Dave, Folks,
Was great to meet Dave and his wife too. Thanks for the compliments on the shop! They helped can some syrup also.
Here is Dave and I,

We had a lot of folks visit us over the weekend. Not sure of the count but maybe 500 plus??

Regards.
