I used to think that way, regarding the small rural community thing. Back in April/ May, it was a down state thing. Oh there were a few cases, a few people in the hospital, no biggie. Heck one of the nurse supervisors was all mr denial. This time? Shoo Buddy! This time it’s real This time it’s not a down state thing. Our local hospital is part of a bigger system of hospitals. The bigger hospitals were going to start sending patients up here because they were full. Never happened because we were quickly FULL of locals. The last two days the wife worked was an 18 hour and 18 1/2 hour shift. 7:00 am to 1:30 am. She’a just about a zombie. |
