Does anyone know if most of the online engine overhaul kits are created equally? Referring to the compression ratios, materials, and workmanship. I only ask because I see a couple places online selling them and wondering if there is any difference

I'm sure there's cheap and good in everything. Best bet is buy from reputable dealer. There are some who sponsor this site and can be trusted.

A couple years ago the piston liner set was backordered from several suppliers. Those same folks regained their stock at the same time. My thought is not many manufactures making this stuff. Hard to compare when its made at the same place.
