Yes, 12V71 Detroit  out of earth mover.
The builder/designer is in his 70's said worked on it about 4 years, between restoring tractors for other people.  This was the 1st show to display truck.  It is impressive to say the least...

Love that truck. I've been riding in and driving GMC truck since I was 3 in 1950 !
