Depends what you're trying to do. What are you using for fire rings?? or no fire rings?? I guess generally I'd think the same thickness as the OEM head gasket, but it depends on other things.

fire rings with groove cut into sleeve. Guessing stock thickness. will the copper crush at all?

You'd better ask who grooved your sleeves and what size fire ring. It doesn't crush very much. A .030" wire will crush into it, but I never figured the whole gasket crushed maybe .001".

.025 deep grove .065 gasket and .015 cruch

.105 thick ring
