I replaced a Hydraulic line that went from the steering filter to top of the rear-end. The machine will not steer now. There is plenty of oil in the hydraulic  reservoir. If I break the line loose coming out of the filter there is no flow. It splattered a little and then quit. Seems like the pump needs to be primed. Looking for any advice.

did you do anything to "un prime" it?
if you take the filter out or the inlet to the filter loose do you have flow?

Can try adding 5-10 lbs REGULATED air pressure to the tank and at a little at a time to see if any suction leaks then start it to see if will pick prime back up.
