I saw some going on this week. Now it's too wet. Unusual to be put on this early here.

I was hoping to get the garden disced up and only needed about 2 more days for it to dry out, when it rained an inch and a quarter.
The neighbor I do some field work for hasn't gotten his fall tillage and N put on the last 2 years. He just said the other day he has some ground he wants to rip up this spring. That and chisel plowing in the spring makes for a rough ride for me with the VT tool when it's time to plant, but ya do what ya gotta do I guess.
He usually only rips end rows and places we hauled corn out in the fall, and normally has it done before Thanksgiving. We finished shelling corn the 8th of Dec last year, so there's plenty of work to do this spring.

Saw one guy putting some on in Northern Mo. on 3-6 coming home from Lathrop. Haven't seen any activity in my part of Iowa yet.
