Being from Nebraska Shameless cold weather should have given you the knowledge to bring your Canola oil inside! I can't poke you too bad as yesterday I had a Hay Customer show up who had contacted me ahead of time and I had forgot to plug the loader in! Took a battery charger and a lot of glow plugging but I got it started! As I get older I would forget my ass if it wasn't attached!

I need more than 200 characters for my "signature." I'd love to see that changed to 250!

Hmm - someone gave me 4 cans of Target brand - ATF fluid said Dextron type.
Broke a hydraulic line on snow plow and figured I would top off pump on truck with that oil - was below ZERO out and so was oil - went to pour it into hyd pump reservoir - was like putty and when pouring it was a long sagging string of red goo.
so had to find other ATF and give that junk away

Coke my skid loader used dexron for hyd oil. It leaks on my cement. It has never been stringy.   And it's cheap dexron too.

my Gleaner combine used dextron for hyd fluid, never any leaks, never stringy, lots of snow blades use dextron, sounds like someone used some empty containers and put something else in them.
