My fan was very noisy so I put new motor in and made no difference. rubber mounted  did not help. Sqirrel cage runs true. Roof off sounds ok put roof on noise. Don’t know what to do next? Thanks for any suggestions.

Did you look for any mice/squirrel savings anywhere in the blower system? Any cracked metal pieces?     Leon

do you have the foam seal ( 1" foam pad ) between the roof and the blower?
