The other Option, sounds bad where will look worse is to Upgrade to Cat Rollers, the Idlers can be weld built up and turned back, at worse for sprockets is weld in cups or attempt to find Rings.

All I have ever seen on HD16 was 7.85 pitch. On Worn Sprockets Cat 8.0 may work.

A neighbour has a 16DP.  IIRC the chains are wider - not sure about the pitch

Do you have a serial number of the machine? We might be able to locate some. Just rollers?  We don't consider ourselves in the parts business...we do have several HD16s..for parts..probably more than we need.
