My Little Allis was running poorly cutting in and out.Decided to give it a complete tuneup.Went to John Deere bought Kohler points and condensor, replaced wire from coil to points as it was showing old age.Have no spark at all.Suspected bad condensor so changed it still nothing.Put in a new NGK plug and took the coil off My WD nothing.Have power to the coil and no wires grounding out.I am at a loss. How do I check the points side off the points with a Volt meter.Help please

Well it ended up being a dead short in the Rectifier unpluged it and fired right up.Replaced it and good to go.Put a new carb on it while I was at it throttle shaft was wore out.Had this 416 for 30 years still does not use any oil.

Glad you got it fixed. They just don't make em like they used to. No box store mower will last half that long.
