I recently purchased a 712H that hadn't ran in several years. Today I got it fired up but the pins under the free wheeling latch are stuck in the down position. It had been stored this way for who knows how long. So what's the trick to getting them unstuck?

How do they come apart? I did get them free by removing them and used a small roll pin punch to tap them back out. After that they moved easy.
