I have a PSB 100EH injection pump that is working fine....just a small external fuel leak coming from the operating shaft.  Are there any parts books/lists available online to see if there is just a simple "o" ring or seal that I could change by removing the cover? Or is this a "Authorized Repair shop only" fix?  The pump work well, just doesn't start without a small shot of Ether.  Any fix for that?

Look up your most local injection shop and ask if they show the listings on the PSBs, should be a shaft seal not just an O-ring. My 7G needs a little whiff below 50 degrees, is due to being worn out. Needs pump, nozzles gone thru and the engine overhauled to get compression back.

I found the parts / service manual on AMBAC and found that I could take the shaft out with out things flying out of the injector.  Removed the cover and found that the cover/seal was broken and has major wear.  Both the cover and the shaft need replacement.  Part No.  BG 904 Plate/shaft bearing and SH 901a shaft and  BL 901 Lever/stop operating shaft.  Anyone know where to get these parts?  Anyone know of anyone with core pumps that they may sell part off of?

I have been getting advice that I should have the pump gone through because of the lack of smoke.....at start up.....which they said was a sign of a lack of fuel.  Any one have a contact for a rebuild shop that I can send it to?  Also, should the injectors be gone over at the same time.  The dozer runs great once it is started with ether.  I'm in the Detroit area although I can ship anywhere.
