I just got a 616. Something isn't right .
If I give it a little throttle it hit one spot does good.
If I try and give it more acts like it wants to stop puling.
Is this a bad pump

Does it cough, sputter, blow black smoke? If so, the carb may need to be adjusted or the timing may be off.
