    Posted: 06 Nov 2018 at 8:11pm
Saw this in the Hudson, WI Walmart parking lot on Saturday Nov 3, 2018.  Who knew an eight foot by eight foot snowmobile trailer could hold a Saturn.  For those who think 'only in Wisconsin' the car has Minnesota plates on it.LOL

I see things like this and think; People actually get by with this? When I bought my 'equipment trailer', One of the things I liked about it was the tires. Got it home ok. First time I took it to a sale, 5 miles down the road blew the tread of one of those tires. With all the other assorted tire problems I seem to have I don't like to take chances! Saw a guy at a farm sale once with a car trailer, only had three tires on it! I know how that would have worked out for me!

Sadly it won't be the person pulling it that will get hurt or killed......

Other day was behind a car on a trailer going down I 94 - looking at the tie downs - looked like Harbor Freight 1" ratchet straps - did have them crossed though and using 4 of them - 2 front / 2 rear

Yes I sped up and changed lanes and got as far away as fast as I could .

"Darwin Award" candidate there for sure.

When folks see how some of these newer vehicles are rated, they tend to push it in my opinion.
At the sale barn with a load of steers recently and stunned to see how many "heavy halfs" had goosenecks latched onto them in the parking lot.

Well you guys are under estimatin how strong those harbor freight straps are. Cause one time I took a trailer into Omaha and bought one of those wooden play ground thingys, you know with the slide on one end and the canopy on top?

Well I forgets to take any tie downs at all, and my shoe strings didn't have a problem at all keepin thet thing on the trailer that I seen. Jest had stop an tighten one tho.
I still gots my A/C but it's clear out in the barn now.
