Hi all.

As I figured may happen since I put in a rebuilt motor with some extra umph in it, I broke the rear end on Saturday.  Second time out with the fresh engine.  I was hoping to get the last few pulls in before I rebuilt a transaxle, but no such luck.  I do know the guys put in a solid axle, but are there any other mods one can do to them?  This is for a stock altered class.  Being a purist I will not put a Cub rear in it.  I'll quit pulling with it before I do that....lol!  Thanks!

Where are you located? I have a complete rear transaxle that has the differential removed and the axle welded solid. We pulled in stock altered class and had the same trouble. I’m in central Illinois.this setup worked fine

Hi Ed.  Thanks for your reply.  I am near Toronto, ON.  I'm not sure what has let go in mine, but I am guessing it is the differential, as it growls in all of the gears.  I suppose we could ship it?
