So in trying to figure out why my mower ingagement was sporadic, mostly not. Belt was in pretty bad shape, the only other issue found was a muledrive pulley had a severe wobble. I took both pulleys to work only to figure out they're built non- serviceable.
I cut notches around 1 side, opened it up and installed new bearings and gently laid the tabs back in place. I replaced missing grease fitting and lubes the deck pulleys. Dang if I didn't buy the wrong length belt :/
