I am pretty sure this was brought up on the old message board but didn't have any luck finding it so here goes....

Anyone ever rebuild their own water pump?

Is there a kit?

Anyone happen to have pics of the process?

I have a 12 ton press and several pullers

I think AGCO still sells the kit.
I know many have said it's not worth the time to rebuild.
Many have rebuilt them just to have them leak.

I have brandy new pumps on the shelf ready to install. Drop a line if interested. Excellent prices on the pumps. Not worth the time and money to try to renew a junk pump. Leaks later after all the sheetmetal is back on. Then you have to do the job over again....
