I bought an AC440 about a year ago and have been using it to rip on the farm.  It pretty rusty so therefore i think needs a paintjob.  The front grille is messed up and i dont know where to get one? any1 no where? and also i need to know where to get the horizontal mufflers under the hood.

^The 440 is the same tractor as a steiger model (I think it is the steiger cougar), and case IH now owns steiger, so it might be possible that a case IH dealer would have the grill and muffler. I'm not 100% sure that Allis didn't put a different grill in em, but it might be worth looking into. Good Luck.  Darrel

The 440 is based on the Steiger Bearcat. However, AC did put their own grille and sheet metal on the tractor.
