I was thinking of putting together a d17 enigine with wd flat top pistons worked head and intake. has anyone ran this combo and would 175 cam. specs work well .pulling in wc in 3500-4000 lbs 4-5 mph

175 gov.spring,motec reworked carb,15.5x38 rubber,adjustable pullin hitch=FUN!

Thanks..I'm sick of finishing second.only pull local pulls and the stock 201 ran strong. problem is a farmall h stripped to get into. 3500 lb class

you will pull the crap out of that H with this set-up,but hey don't take my advice,find out for yourself-my competition did.good luck!

Dad beat him on 47 and all it has is m and w kit but it was close. Our 40 was stick just turned up and it was always just feet from the farmall. I can't wait to pull this year .
