   I guess that I would call it the "main" gear box. Drive line from the tractor is input, makes a right angle, has the sheaves on it that drive the cylinder and such. Cylinder drive sheave is the triple belt, not the single 
   
  (I think early 50's had a single belt; later ones had a triple) Darrel  |
