it changed sometime over the weekend. But I just looked again, there’s a ( search by parts book). If you click that and put in what model your looking for. It’s a new page and set up. But appears to still work.

New website is parts.agcocorp.com at the top right it will say “select dealer” you have to select a dealer to move on. Disclaimer: your local dealer may not show up under e-commerce if they haven’t signed up for it. Unless you are going to order parts online it doesn’t matter.

Once you select a dealer. The best way I am telling customers is to go to “search by parts book” near the top. Then go to “browse”. This will let you select the brand, type of machine, etc to get to the model you want. |

can you still search a part number in a parts book. Used to be able to punch in a part number when in a parts book and it would give you the pages it’s on.

Yes if you search by part number at the top it will bring up the part. On that page it will say “relevant to parts book” and click that it will show what models that part fits.

  **edit: if it’s a discontinued part it will not Edited by ryan(IN) - 05 Oct 2021 at 2:52pm |

The part I see that is missing, is the ability to create a shopping cart, and then export it to a nice excel spreadsheet to send to the dealer, is that available for members?

If you create an account you will then be able to select a dealer (hopefully your dealer is e commerce) then you can add parts to a cart and the dealer will get an email about your order. You can either pay by card through the parts site or choose to pay locally at pickup. The parts can be shipped to you. Either from the dealer if they have them or drop shipped from the nearest warehouse. With this new site all parts are fulfilled by the dealer. |

Thanks Ryan,  My dealer is not an e-commerce dealer, and it seems to work better exchanging the spreadsheet, and I do not want to create an order without knowing the cost ahead of time.  The old system claimed your dealer who you set up your account with, would never order a submitted cart without them contacting me, and for the most part that happened, but twice it was already on order.   Appreciate the insight!

I haven't been on the new public site much since I use the epsilon site at work but I feel its better than most other brands.  New Holland/CaseIH parts websites are a joke in my opinion.  Deere is not much better.  The AGCO site will take some getting used to but I feel its still better than most.
