I was given a pump off what I believe was a WD. Looking at the two they appear to be the same pump. This pump is known good, and I believe mine on my WD45 is starting to get weak/noisy. However I have read somewhere that WD lacks the traction booster system. I assume this would be alleviated by swapping the valve body on the top of the pump. Am I correct in my assumption? Or is there something totally different abojt the two that I am missing?

A true model "WD" tractor doesn't have the Traction Booster GAUGE. In order for operators to better utilize the TBoost system, the WD45's all had a pressure gauge so you could see what was going on.

They made a different TB cam lever for the 45's. Different profile? I forget what dad said the deal was. Interchangeable but not the same.
