i have used damper doctor.  they do good work and they stand behind their work.  i had them rebuild the rubber mounted fan on a 1937 john deere A.  i called and talked to them and they said they could do it.  i got it back and the first time i ran the tractor the fan came apart.  i had a new radiator core and all new paint.  i was sick about it.  i called them and they fixed the fan, bought me a new radiator core and a quart of paint.  i have used them a couple more times and never any other problems.  the fan has been on the tractor about 8 years now and no problems.
