Always check for Allis Chalmers stuff. Someone has a basket case B spread out all over a barn for sale for $2,000 . Pretty crazy to me. Keeps me entertained I guess? Thanks

what's worse is when I search 'allis-chalmers' and get other 'coloured' tractors, pickup trucks, boats, cars, toys, etc. Who ever cut the MP search 'engine' needs to go back to skool.......

I thought that was spacewastes intent to further confuse those that went there.    I still look at market place hoping for a smoking good deal like DJ tells of, so far has not happened.I did stumble across a booster pump I had use for. Sent message to call me and leave number and time to talk. As there is no cell service at my house, so never got into text and carrying a phone all the time. Well the seller responded right away, but I had closed the putter and went off to do thing. The seller was pissed I had not responded and would not respond to any other messages. The whole spacewaste thing is so random as to what shows up and what doesn't I just cannot take it very seriously.  Edited by Ray54 - 09 Aug 2024 at 11:15am |

Yeah Ray, I've only bought a few things. If the seller's profile looks sketchy, I don't fool with them . So far so good. I've actually dealt with a couple good guys and even a nice widow. Thanks

Son is "downsizeing" a lot of the crap he has collected and replaced.. Wife puts this on Marketplace to sell... So far have sold about a dozen if the 15 items in the last 3 months... 4 wheeler, Side by side, 300 gallon fuel tank, JD 6 ft drill, 5 ft bushhog, 6 ft 3pt disk .. among others.. I put a "reasonable" price on things and normally gone in 1-2 weeks.. Several text from people to cut the price 30%... tell them NO, its reasonable now, and will be GONE in a week..... So far, so good.

  Anybody need a 14 ft wide International 510 drill ??  I put $1600.  THAT DIDNT SELL !!!

Think he has his snow plows and other skid loader and compact tractor attachments listed also |

You want to laugh, go on FB and check out Southern Ontario Antique Equipment Buy and Sell. Every piece of scrap people can drag out of the bush is priced 2 to three times what you can go to an auction and buy a museum quality restoration for. LOL

Then there's a couple people on there that throw paint jobs on junk and the standard price is either $8500, 10,500 and 12,500 LOL Then you look up the google reviews of their shop and it's all horrible reviews. I was going to buy a Massey one time from him before I did research. He was more than happy to talk to me UNTIL I asked for a video of it running. Then silence. I asked again. "ya okay" then silence, LOL
