Most D21's have a black cover over the steering wheel. This is the second one I have seen with an orange cover. Why? Is it a year break or S.N. deal?

Bad repaint. They painted the headlights orange too.

Ole girl needs some serious loving, but it is a D21 with 3 point. I thought series II had the chrome gill? From what I can see it looks turbo charged?
