    Can git a GMC 303 in line 6.... Will it bolt up to a WD.. Thout it would make a pulling motor.. it lugs down good..   4 in bore & 5 in stroke..   THANKS  FOR THE HELP...BOB

   they were a good old truck engine - lot of lugging power - also seen them used in stock care racing when reworked back in the old days when i raced turned up RPM and sounded like model airplane engine .

   are you sure its 303? with a 4 by 5 bore/stroke it would be more than 300 cubes, my truck has a 3.98 by 4 stroke and is 300 cubes

   It is 1955 GMC 302 in line 6 cyl..  Used in trucks...bus ..& miletary  trucks...  Do aney one know if it will bolt up to allis trans WD or WC.. its same patern as chevey....THANKS  BOB

   It is very doable. I did a 292. Adapter plate for the tranny and probably a spacer of flywheel. There are pics of mine somewhere on this board.    Hud
