I have a 45 with a 5.50-16 and a 6.50-16. I am about to put a loader on it, so I am going to put two new ones the same size.I think 5.50-16 is the correct size, but not sure. Or, would it be better to put the 6.50-16 with the loader on it? Your thoughts please.

Tractor data shows 5.50X16.
 
My WD45 has 6.00X16 and as weathered as they look I'd swear they were the ones that came on it but not 100%.
 
I'd go with the larger size if using a loader on it.

I agree with Stan, 

I would go with 6.50 x 16 also.  I would also try to get 8 or 10 ply tires.

I have a loader on mine and I have the 6.50x16's.  Work good!
